McCallum AB2 Bagpipes

African blackwood bagpipes with Imitation Ivory projecting mounts, beaded alloy ferrules, ringcaps, and slides, and imitation ivory and alloy mouthpiece.  All mounts, ferrules and ring caps are threaded.

Add a recessed nickle clasp to make your pipes the Deluxe version at no extra cost.


Pipes come as sticks only but include chanter. We recommend set-up to include a Bannatyne hide/synthetic bag with zipper, bag cover, cords, and Kinnaird Evolution Drone Reeds. We also recommend re-hemping with black waxed hemp, tuning, and testing prior to delivery. Adjustment to blow pipe length is also included if set-up is chosen. There is an option for imitation ivory mounts instead of blackwood. There is also the option of horn mounts with gold projecting mounts and bushes, beaded gold ferrules and ringcaps, and gold slides.

*Please Note that as of Jan 2, 2017, African Blackwood has been put on the endangered species list and will now require CITES permits for export.  Shipping this item outside of Canada will require a re-export permit which may take a couple of weeks to process.  We will only ship products with a CITES permit by FedEx to ensure that they are properly validated and cleared at the border.  If you have any questions, please contact us.
