Had a porous leather uilleann pipe bag, almost impossible to play due to air leakage
Airtight solved the problem. Love the smell of it, takes me back 40 years when I started playing the Highland pipes
Plastic container a bonus Still the best!, September 9th, 2013 05:40 pm By: John Dennis(Piper ) Read my other reviews
After trying several maker's seasoning, this still remains the best seasoning on the market. The new plastic package is much easier and practical for use than the old metal tin, and we find in our band that the seasoning lasts for 6-9 months. Do yourself a favour and season twice a year to help with maintaining air efficiency. will make a bag airtight, July 22nd, 2012 11:05 pm By: ralph drew
Back when I first started piping, everyone used hide bags and this was the stuff to use to make your bag air tight. The stuff just works! A Classic, April 1st, 2011 11:35 am By: Peter Hraber
Unless you have migrated to high-tech synthetic bags, a can of this is a must-have for every piper. Sure, there are alternatives that smell like floor cleaner, but this has got to be the most widely used and reliable bag seasoning ever. If you can\'t remember when you last seasoned your bag, you could find that doing so will help you play more efficiently. A Classic, April 1st, 2011 11:35 am By: Peter Hraber

There's a reason Aitight has been around so long - it works. While the smell is off-putting the seasoning tends to last well and performs well in all climates. Airtight + Sheepskin bag = Heaven . , October 13th, 2009 02:54 pm By: Melany Ferguson

Airtight has been on the market for ever. It's a great seasoning. Makes a mess of your chanter reed though if you're not careful. , October 5th, 2008 12:51 am By: Shawn Husk
This is excellent seasoning. It has been around a long long time for a very good reason. It works! It makes your bag airtight and best of all it absorbs moisture too! Great stuff. Smells wonderful too! haha..... A+++
