Helps you reach where you can't go! This tool does the job well if you want to wipe build-up in your drones and stocks. I suggest you use a cleaning towel after seasoning though, and wipe off the excess. brush, November 9th, 2008 11:21 am By: Ryan Ohare

I really like using these when oiling my pipes because I can coat the mop liberally with oil and all the fibers let me get into every nook and cranny of my drones. The only disadvantage of these brushes is that they can leave fibers stuck in your wood. So I don't use these on old pipes that have lots of rough surfaces, for those pipes I like the pull through swabs also available on this site. But I highly recommend these brushes for newer pipes with very smooth bores! A must have maintenance item! A+++
